Vol. 258 No. 1

Order of Business.

It is proposed to take Nos. 1, 5, 6 and 63, No. 63 to be taken in conjunction with No. 6. It is not proposed to interrupt Government Business to take Private Members' Business.

I am not in any way disputing the Order of Business but could I put it to the House and the Taoiseach that in view of the most recent happenings in the Six Counties it is time that we should have some opportunity of discussing at this juncture where we are going? I am merely putting it to the Taoiseach and the Government that although the motion now about to be proposed and which will be discussed for two days, is very important, this other matter is even more so, with the opening of a new concentration camp, the brutality which we saw last night on the newly emancipated RTE and other infringements of our territory. Perhaps it would be possible to have an early discussion on this very serious matter.
