asked the Minister for Local Government the expected increase in revenue resulting from the decision by Dublin Corporation to increase pre-1966 houses by 4p per room.

This information is not available to my Department.

asked the Minister for Local Government the average maintenance cost in each of the past five years in pre-1966 Dublin Corporation houses.

The average maintenance cost of dwellings let by Dublin Corporation increased from £18 in 1966-67 to £20 in 1967-68; £21 in 1968-69; £25 in 1969-70 and £31 in 1970-71, the latest year for which I have information.

asked the Minister for Local Government the total number of pre-1966 Dublin Corporation houses in Dublin city.

Statistics of the number of pre-1966 dwellings at present let by Dublin Corporation are not available in my Department.

Why? Surely it is a simple matter.
