Vol. 260 No. 14

Ceisteanna—Questions. Oral Answers. - Dublin Swimming Pools.

127.

andMr. Ryan asked the Minister for Local Government if he will state the long term plans for the provision of corporation swimming pools in the Dublin area; the number of pools which will be provided in the next three years; and the areas in the city in which they will be situated.

I suggest that inquiries as to the corporation's programmes be addressed to them. There are no specific proposals before me. I may mention that the corporation decided in 1967 on a programme for nine pools, three of which are now in operation and three more of which have been approved and are expected to be completed within 18 months.
