asked the Minister for Health if he has yet sanctioned the building of the home for elderly people at St. Mary's, Donnybrook, Dublin.

I understand that agreement has been reached between the Irish Sisters of Charity and the Eastern Health Board as to the conditions under which the board will be prepared to make a financial contribution available towards the cost of a home for aged persons at St. Mary's, Donnybrook. It is now primarily a matter for the sisters to proceed with the erection of the home.
