Vol. 261 No. 7

Ceisteanna—Questions. Oral Answers. - Santry (Dublin) River.

140.

asked the Minister for Local Government whether he has received any report from Dublin Corporation as to progress in the condition of the Santry River at Saint Brendan's Estate, Coolock, Dublin.

Since my reply to Questions Nos. 28 and 29 of 18th April, 1972, on this matter, I have received from Dublin Corporation a copy of their letter of 27th May, 1972, to the residents' association which states that the developer had lodged with the corporation an agreed sum of money towards the cost of outstanding developing works on the estate and that work will commence on these during the summer. The corporation are unable at this stage to give a precise starting date.
