I presume the Deputy is referring to the draft of model bye-laws in relation to rented accommodation on which I invited comments from the public on the 28th June. I will be glad to receive comments on my proposals in this matter from bodies of the kind referred to in the question, as well as from other representative groups, and will carefully consider them before issuing a final version of the model to local authorities.
