I am advised by the Industrial Development Authority that the liquidator to the company in question has agreed terms of sale for the site and factory to a promoter who intends locating a new project there. Unfortunately, legal difficulties have emerged in regard to the title to the property and the sale cannot be completed until these have been resolved. Furthermore, until this happens, it is not possible for IDA to make further progress on grant negotiations for any project for the premises.
