Vol. 263 No. 12

Order of Business.

It is proposed to take Nos. 1, 6, 7, 8, 9, 21, 22, 23 (Votes 42, 34 and 35); Questions at 3 p.m.

I gave notice to the Chair last Thursday of intention to raise on the Adjournment the subject matter of Question No. 37, referring to the Atkins Report and its repercussions on the textile industry. The Chair stated that he would communicate with me in the matter. I have not heard from the Chair. I am anxious that permission would be granted to me to raise this important matter affecting my constituency. I would be grateful for some advice and enlightenment.

I am sorry for any delay. I will get in touch with the Deputy within the next hour.
