It is assumed that the Deputy is referring to deaths resulting from bomb outrages or other violent action arising out of conditions prevailing in Northern Ireland. The Minister for Justice in reply to a later question will indicate the nature of a Government decision in this matter. The position in relation to State and semi-State employees will be considered within this context.
