Ceisteanna—Questions. Oral Answers. - County Tipperary Housing.

17.

asked the Minister for Local Government if plans are being prepared for the erection of houses at Bansha, County Tipperary; and, if so, when building is likely to commence.

I understand that Tipperary SR County Council are preparing plans for a scheme of 20 houses at Bansha. The scheme will be dealt with by the council on their own responsibility and I cannot say when work on it is likely to be started.

18.

asked the Minister for Local Government when work will commence on the building of houses in Mullinahone, County Tipperary.

According to the most recent progress report of the Tipperary SR County Council, a scheme of six houses at Mullinahone is at tender stage. As the scheme is being dealt with by the council on their own responsibility, I cannot say when work on it will be started.
