Supplementary Estimate, 1973-74: Leave to Introduce.
Leave granted to introduce the following Supplementary Estimate for the services of the year ending on the 31st day of March, 1974, namely:
Vote No. 26 (Local Government).

This Supplementary Estimate is the additional grant to the Road Fund of £2.4 million which I announced in the Budget. I propose that it be circulated immediately and taken together with the Estimate for the Department.
