The existing national school at Carrigkerry, Ardagh, County Limerick is in sound condition and provides a reasonably good and comfortable standard of accommodation following an extensive improvement scheme carried out some time ago. The replacement of the school by a new school on a new site is still regarded as the proper solution and a report on a site offered is awaited.
