Vol. 267 No. 9

Ceisteanna—Questions. Oral Answers. - Appeals Against Developers.

79.

asked the Minister for Local Government the number of appeals made to him in the last six months against developers who failed and had not been compelled by the local authority to finish off estates; the number dealt with and the number that were successful; and whether he considers appeals from individuals and/or associations.

The Local Government (Planning and Development) Act, 1963, does not contain any provision for an appeal to me where developers fail to finish off estates satisfactorily.
