I presume the Deputy is referring to recent Press reports regarding the possible siting of an oil refinery at Lenan, Lough Swilly.
I understand that preliminary discussions have taken place between the promoters and the Government Departments and agencies concerned but no decision has yet been reached. The Deputy will appreciate that the discussions are confidential at this stage.
