This is an Estimate for the sum of £10 for Prisons. This arises out of the need to provide a child care service. There is also a sum of £10 for the Department of Transport and Power——
Supplementary Estimates, 1973-74: Leave to Introduce.
Leave granted to introduce the following Supplementary Estimates for the service of the year ending on the 31st day of March, 1974, namely:—

We cannot hear the Minister.
This is an Estimate for the sum of £10 for the Minister for Transport and Power, being £700,000 of an increased grant to Bord Fáilte to provide for extra promotional activities at adverse currency rates. There will, of course, be a corresponding saving on the grant for development of accommodation.
I still did not hear what the Minister said. Surely he can speak a bit louder.
