It is assumed that the question refers to that section of the ESB report for the year ended 31st March, 1973 relating to fisheries and the environment. That section of the report indicates that the board's staff are taking suitable action in relation to pollution control in consultation with the appropriate Government Departments, planning authorities and other interests. In the circumstances, no additional action is called for in so far as my Department is concerned.
