Vol. 270 No. 11

Ceisteanna—Questions. Oral Answers. - Dublin School Extension.

37.

asked the Minister for Education if he is aware that there are not sufficient places available in Manor House School, Raheny, Dublin, for the number of girls anxious to enrol in this school; and if he will arrange to have the plans for the building of an extension to the school approved immediately by his Department so that work may commence as soon as possible.

Mr. R. Burke

The provision of an extension to this school has been approved. Discussions with the school authorities and their building consultants have taken place and agreement in principle has been reached in regard to the required additional capacity. The submission of specific proposals by the school authorities is now awaited.
