The promotion and co-ordination of activities in connection with European Architectural Heritage Year, 1975 has been entrusted to a national committee, under my chairmanship and under the patronage of the President. The national committee are making preparations for 1975, in particular by encouraging voluntary and public bodies to undertake special schemes and activities in connection with the year. I expect that more detailed proposals will be announced in the near future.
It is one of the few things the Minister is good at.
