Arrangements are in train to provide kiosks at the places referred to under local authority guarantee. It is hoped to provide them before the end of 1974.

Arrangements for the acquisition of a suitable site are at an advanced stage.
Can the Minister say if those arrangements involve what might be described as a green site or whether they concern the purchase of an existing building?
As I said in my reply the arrangements are at an advanced stage. It is not always helpful to make an announcement when arrangements are under way but in this case they will soon be completed and I shall make a statement then.
