Trade Union (Amalgamations) Bill, 1974: Financial Resolution.

I move:

That it is expedient to make provision for the charging of such fees as may, with the approval of the Minister for Finance, be prescribed by regulations made under the terms of the Act hereinafter first mentioned in respect of such matters as may be provided for in any Act of the present session to amend the law relating to the amalgamation of trade unions and the alteration of the name of a trade union, to provide for transfer of engagements from one trade union to another, to amend and extend the Trade Union Acts, 1871 to 1971, and to provide for other matters connected with the aforesaid matters.
