asked the Minister for Education the steps he has taken to improve communication between the educational system in Ireland and the rest of the EEC.

Mr. R. Burke
In reply to a previous question from Deputy Lemass on 24th July, 1974, I had circulated with the Official Report a copy of the resolutions adopted by the Ministers for Education of the European Communities at their meeting which was held in Luxembourg last June.
The committee set up to define the priority spheres of action for future co-operation has met since and further meetings have been arranged. Ireland is represented on this committee by officers of my Department.
