asked the Minister for Agriculture and Fisheries when a grant in respect of a cow byre and dairy will be paid to a person (name supplied) in County Meath; and the reason for the delay in making payment in view of the fact that the work was passed over three months ago.

A number of points arose in connection with this claim subsequent to the work being passed by my Department's field officer on 16th September, 1974. These points have now been cleared and the grant was paid on 11th December, 1974.
