I shall publish the report of the National Consumer Advisory Council which I received on 10th December as soon as it has been printed: this should be around the middle of January. I propose to allow some time after that for submission of comments by interested persons and members of the public. The nature of the recommendations will involve their being dealt with in separate Bills, and I hope to be able to circulate the first of these about next Easter.
