Vol. 278 No. 3

Ceisteanna—Questions. Oral Answers. - New York Embassy Building.

113.

asked the Minister for Finance if the request from the permanent representative in New York regarding repainting and replastering works in the Chancellery has been dealt with.

Mr. Kenny

The Chancellery of the Permanent Mission to the United Nations in New York has recently moved to new premises which are in good decorative order.

Has the Parliamentary Secretary the address of the new Chancellery?

Mr. Kenny

The offices at the Altomont Building became inadequate and new offices have been acquired at 1, Dag Hammarskjold Plaza. These premises, which were occupied by the mission on 31st January, 1975, are in good decorative order.

Was it the Minister for Posts and Telegraphs who chose the address?
