asked the Minister for Lands how long the Phelan estate, County Tipperary has been held by the Land Commission; the number of acres involved and when it is proposed to divide it.

(Cavan): Possession of this 47 acre property passed to the Land Commission on 1st September, 1972. While it is not possible to say precisely when allotment will take place it is hoped that the lands will be included in next year's allocation programme.
