Vol. 279 No. 9

Ceisteanna—Questions. Oral Answers. - AnCO Training Centres.

40.

asked the Minister for Labour why it is proposed that, when three AnCO training centres in Dublin are in operation, two of them should be south of the Liffey although the greater demand will be on the north side.

The location of additional training facilities in the Dublin area is under consideration. A number of factors have to be taken into account, in particular the availability of suitable sites and demands for training places. The Deputy can be assured that it is the intention that the demand for training places from people living in the north Dublin area will be fully met.
