Vol. 281 No. 1

Written Answers. - County Cork Electricity Supply.

275.

asked the Minister for Transport and Power if he will arrange with the ESB to provide adequate electric power and a transformer for a person (name supplied) in County Cork.

I am informed by the ESB that following a complaint from the person involved two voltage checks were taken at his premises in December last.

The readings at that time showed that the voltage was within the normal limits and was adequate for the person's existing needs.

The board have received no indication of an increase in the installed load in the meantime. However, if the circumstances have altered since December last the person in question should contact the board's group engineer in Killarney who will arrange to have the matter reinvestigated.
