One of the State-sponsored bodies with which I am concerned engages the services of four companies for security work at their different premises. Contracts for the services are placed annually following tender. All four companies involved were Irish but one of them has become a branch of an international company.
I have asked the State-sponsored body involved to review the situation and they are doing so.
