Wealth Tax Bill, 1975: Financial Resolution.

Minister for Finance (Mr. R. Ryan)

I move:

That—

(a) there shall be charged annually, with effect on and from the 5th day of April, 1975, a tax on wealth to be called wealth tax;

(b) the said tax shall be paid by such persons, in such circumstances and at such rate as may be specified in the Act giving effect to this Resolution.
