On a point of order, a Cheann Comhairle, in the notes I took of the conversation I had with the Government Whip yesterday evening I found that the Parliamentary Secretary to the Minister for Finance was paired only up to 5.30 p.m. I made an allegation against the Government Whip after the vote, which was wrong, and I want now to apologise to him.
