asked the Minister for Social Welfare if he will arrange to have unemployment assistance paid up to date to a person in County Cork (name supplied).

There is no trace of an application for unemployment assistance from a person of the name and address supplied. If, however, the Deputy can supply further identifying particulars, such as an insurance number or a qualification certificate number, further inquiries will be made.

asked the Minister for Social Welfare if he will make arrangements for the immediate payment of arrears of unemployment assistance to an applicant from Ballinaclough, Nenagh, County Tipperary (details supplied).

Payment of all arrears of unemployment assistance due to the person concerned was made on 25th July, 1975, and weekly payments at the maximum rate applicable in his case will continue as they fall due.
