Vol. 284 No. 5

Written Answers. - New House Grant.

114.

asked the Minister for Local Government if he will sanction a new house grant of £300 for a person in County Cork (name supplied).

The applicant in this case changed his house plan and the floor area of the house as built is 798 square feet. The maximum ordinary grant payable for a house of that floor area is £250, but because of the omission of a damp-proof course under the window sills the grant was reduced to £245. The final instalment of the grant was paid on 16th May, 1975.
