I would refer the Deputy to my reply of 11th June, 1974, to a similar question put down by him. The proposals in regard to the "lay-by" are still under examination in the context of the provision of improved berthage for fishing boats in the Galway area generally and I am not in a position to say whether any of them will be adopted.
