asked the Minister for Lands when the Begley estate, Monalour, Lismore, County Waterford is likely to be divided.

Cavan): Possession of the property referred to passed to the Land Commission in January, 1975. It is as yet too early to say when the lands will be divided but every effort will be made to dispose of them as quickly as possible.

49.

asked the Minister for Lands the reason for the long delay in dividing the Diamond estate, Carrigeenahala, Stradbally, County Waterford.

Cavan): The Land Commission obtained possession of the property referred to on 9th March, 1973, but due to the pressure of more urgent cases it has not been possible to prepare a scheme for the disposal of the lands. It is hoped, however, that the lands can be allotted at the end of this year or early in 1976.

50.

asked the Minister for Lands the date on which the Land Commission acquired the Connors estate, Carrigeen Leganta, Cappoquin, County Waterford; and when it will be allocated.

Cavan): Possession of the property referred to passed to the Land Commission on 7th March, 1970. Fifty-six acres have already been allotted and it is hoped that the balance, containing 28½ acres, can be allocated this year.

51.

asked the Minister for Lands when the Land Commission intend to acquire the John C. Dillon estate, Rathfarn, Loughrea, County Galway.

Cavan): The property referred to has already vested in the Land Commission but possession of the lands has not been obtained. It is expected that a complication which arose in regard to the ownership of a small area of the lands will be resolved shortly and if clear possession is not then forthcoming the Land Commission propose to apply to the judicial commissioner for an order for possession pursuant to section 19 of the Land Act, 1927.
