Like all progressive companies, the B+I are never entirely satisfied with all the services operated by them and they are continually looking for ways and means of improvement.
Regarding the possibility of expansion of services, there are no immediate plans for such, bearing in mind the present economic situation. In the long term, the company hope to expand the car ferry and roll on/ roll off side of their business by the addition of a further vessel towards the end of the 1970's.
