I am not as yet in a position to say when I will give my decision to the local authority regarding this proposal.
Has the Minister got any recent communication from the local authority on this?
The proposal was received in the Department on the 27th August, 1975, to replace 900 linear yards of 2" piping by 4" PVC. Normally this work would be carried out by the local authority under the small schemes grant. Possibly Roscommon County Council may do this next year but I have not received anything alarming from them except they have continually been asking when they will get money for it.
Has the Minister decided when they will be getting some money?
I will be giving them some money in 1976.
