Vol. 286 No. 9

Ceisteanna—Questions. Oral Answers. - County Monaghan Estate.

1.

asked the Minister for Lands the reason for the delay in dividing the McNello estate, Inniskeen, County Monaghan; and if he will make a statement on the matter.

Cavan): Proceedings for the compulsory acquisition of the property referred to are in their final stages but possession of the lands has not yet passed to the Land Commission. I understand that the case was held up owing to a boundary difficulty. This matter has now been resolved and it is expected that possession will be obtained early in 1976. It is not possible to say just now when the lands can be divided.
