It is not clear which scheme is in question. The design of the Shannonside co-operative group water scheme has not yet been completed. The question of its approval does not, therefore, arise at the moment. The Listowel regional scheme which would serve the group scheme was the subject of a question by the Deputy on 28th October. The preliminary proposals for that scheme are under examination in my Department.
