Vol. 287 No. 2

Ceisteanna—Questions. Oral Answers. - Christmas Cards.

30.

asked the Minister for Defence the number of Christmas cards sent out by him and his Parliamentary Secretary; the purchase cost; and the cost of postage.

The number of Christmas cards sent out by me was 1,400 and the purchase cost of the cards, which were supplied by the Irish Cancer Society Ltd., was £174. The cards were despatched as Departmental post and there is no separate record of the cost of postage but it is estimated at £70.

Details in respect of cards sent out by my Parliamentary Secretary are being supplied by the Minister for Finance.

The remaining questions will appear on the Order Paper for the next sitting day of the Dáil.
