The council will shortly be notified of their capital allocation for local authority housing in 1976 when the examination by my Department of claims from all housing authorities has been completed.
In the meantime, I have approved the acceptance of a tender for the scheme. An application for sanction to a loan to finance it has just been received by my Department and is under consideration.
