Vol. 287 No. 3

Written Answers. - Offaly Unemployment Benefit.

328.

asked the Minister for Social Welfare why four day's unemployment benefit due since December last to a person (details supplied) in County Offaly has not been paid.

Due to the identification of his claim with that of another person of the same name employed in the same factory the person concerned did not receive the full amount of unemployment benefit to which he was entitled on the claim which he made on 4th December, 1975 in respect of a period of short-time working. Arrangements have been made to have payment of all arrears due to him made during the present week.
