An application has been received from Arklow Urban District Council for sanction to the disposal of land to the concern in question. The matter is under examination but is complicated by the fact that, since part of the land was a public road, questions of access to property and rights-of-way may be involved. The urban district council will be notified of the position as soon as possible.
