The proposed development is a five storey, brick-faced, reinforced concrete structure comprising approximately 37,000 sq. ft. of office space of which part will be used to meet urgent needs of the Veterinary College and the balance will be available for general civil service use. A tender for the construction, which will take about 18 months to complete, has recently been accepted and work on site is expected to commence shortly.
