The course concerned is not amongst the non-degree third level courses sanctioned for higher education grant holders under the arrangements made in September, 1974.
If the student applies to the chief executive officer of the vocational education committee for his area, the question of awarding him a scholarship under the committee's scheme for the award of scholarships to the regional technical colleges and colleges of technology will be examined.
