The Report, "A Study of Suitable Coastal Locations for Oil Refineries in Ireland", contains certain material which was furnished on a confidential basis by a source outside the country which has not yet published the material in question. However, I have arranged that the report, excluding this material, will be laid before the Houses of the Oireachtas as soon as possible and copies will also be made available to Members of the Oireachtas.
