asked the Minister for Industry and Commerce if he is now in a position to put in train the necessary legislative measures for the introduction of new institutional arrangements for the formulation and implementation of a fully integrated national policy for science and technology.
With the permission of the Ceann Comhairle, I propose to take Questions Nos. 105 and 106 together.
The necessary legislative measures are at an advanced stage of preparation and the members of the proposed National Board for Science and Technology will be nominated when the legislation has been enacted.
