Vol. 288 No. 9

Ceisteanna—Questions. Oral Answers. - Dublin Postal Deliveries.

8.

asked the Minister for Posts and Telegraphs if he is aware that late postal deliveries in Macroom Road, Macroom Avenue, Ferrycarrig Road and Ferrycarrig Avenue, Bonnybrook, Coolock, Dublin, are causing considerable hardship and inconvenience to the people concerned; and if he will take immediate steps to have the situation rectified.

Deliveries to the places mentioned, which are part of a developing area, are at present later than is usual. Delivery arrangements in developing areas are regularly reviewed and the possibility of providing earlier deliveries will be kept under consideration.
