Vol. 290 No. 3

Written Answers. - County Tipperary Water Scheme.

28.

asked the Minister for Local Government if he is now in a position to sanction the development of the Coalbrook group water scheme, Thurles, County Tipperary; and the reason for the long delay in sanctioning it.

Progress with this group scheme depends on the provision of a source by Tipperary (South Riding) County Council. A scheme for this development has been submitted by the council to my Department and is under consideration. I am not at present in a position to say when a decision will issue to the local authority in the matter.
