andDr. Gibbons asked the Minister for Lands when it is proposed to acquire the Cunniffe estate, Correal, Four Roads, County Roscommon.

Cavan): Proceedings for the compulsory acquisition of the property referred to have reached the final stages but the Land Commission have as yet been unable to obtain possession. The lands will become vested in the Land Commission on 28th May, 1976, the appointed day fixed in respect thereof, and if possession is not forthcoming an application will be made to the judicial commissioner for an order for possession pursuant to section 19 of the Land Act, 1927.
