Can the Parliamentary Secretary tell the House when it is proposed to finish the 1975 payment?
I assume that the 1975 payment has been completed in all cases with the exception of ones where some difficulty arose. The number would be exceptionally small. As the Deputy knows, when thousands of applications are being dealt with, difficulties will arise regarding some. Most of the difficulties have been resolved but it is possible that a small number have yet to be dealt with.
